By booking a delivery service with Bali Solutions Pty Ltd, you agree to the following terms:
Service Scope – We provide parcel, bulk, furniture, interstate, and regional/city deliveries as per the agreed booking.
Booking & Payment – All bookings must be confirmed before dispatch. Payment terms will be agreed upon at the time of service confirmation.
Delivery Timeframes – While we aim to meet all agreed delivery times, delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances are not guaranteed.
Packaging & Handling – Customers are responsible for proper packaging unless otherwise arranged. Bali Solutions is not liable for damages caused by inadequate packaging.
Liability – Our liability is limited to the value of the delivery fee unless otherwise stated in writing.
Cancellations – Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery to avoid charges.
Prohibited Items – We do not transport hazardous, illegal, or restricted goods.
